R&R - August 2025 v defines the practical everyday rules that owners and residents must follow at Deerfield Estates.

Limited Common Area  defines the part of the Deerfield property that is owned by the Trust but is designated for the exclusive use for each homeowner.

Deerfield Estates Master Deed is the foundation document that defines the physical and legal structure of Deerfield Estates.   Establishes each owner's percentage allocation of the Trust and their rights and obligations. 

Deerfield Declaration of Trust is the governing document (often called "ByLaws") that define how the HOA / Trust is run, how elections and voting occurs and the powers and duties of the Trustees.
