Day-to-day operations of the community are delegated to:

Management Company’s responsibilities include:

· Coordinating repairs, vendors, and maintenance

· Vendor scheduling and follow up

· Handling homeowner requests and questions

· Enforcing community rules and policies

· Managing accounting, billing, and financial reports

· Supporting the Board with administrative functions 

Residents should contact the management company for all questions, requests, and operational issues.

BOARD OF TRUSTEES

The Board of Trustees is made up of three elected community members whose responsibilities include:

- Overseeing the community’s fiscal health & preserving property value

- Supervising the property management company

- Managing maintenance and repair of all common areas (building exteriors, roads, landscape, water treatment facility)

- Enforcing HOA Condo Rules & Regulations
